该数据文件是国家大豆改良中心建立的江淮大豆育种种质群体群体(YHSBLP)通过RAD-seq简化基因组测序技术获得的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)。共573份材料(编号为P001-P609),61166个标记信息。

本数据只能使用于科学研究,未经允许不得对数据重新整理和打包。我们保留对数据的修改和解释权。如果在使用本数据时遇到的任何问题,或者对于数据使用的问题有不确定的地方。请给我们发邮件。

Genotyping was done by Restriction site-associated DNA sequencing (RAD-seq) technology to generate high throughput SNPs. The 573 breeding line population used in this study were named P001 to P609  (not in serial order). A total of 61166 SNPs were used for futher analysis.
